Continue Tapping Financial Services, Says BPO Exec.

"The Philippine BPO industry needs to continue tapping the financial and healthcare services, especially with the aging world population."  This statement was quoted from Vikas Bhalla, executive vice president for outsourcing and transformation services provider EXL during a panel discussion at the International Outsourcing Summit in Makati.

The said conference, which is still on-going, is being attended by industry executives from 17 countries.  Aside from Filipino industry executives, participants from Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, China, Colombia, Denmark, Greece, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam also graced the event.
